Our multidisciplinary team of professionals with diverse specializations (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, BCBA, BCaBA, RBT, and MS in Education,) and experiences bring their expertise and empathy to every client interaction. Vida Counseling Group, LLC was founded in August 2013 by Johanna Denski, LMFT, and Grisel Cartas, LCSW, BCBA. The owners that started the company have more than 15 years of experience in the field of mental health and social services which includes but is not limited to behavior therapy, individual counseling, couple and family therapy, and case management services.
Vida Counseling Group is committed to providing clients with quality services guided by the improvement of clients’ lives by targeting goals, understanding the unique needs of each individual, and collaborating to develop tailored treatment plans that promote growth, healing, and resilience. As an organization, we have taken small steps to widen services that are in tune with our vision and mission. Although we started with a private mental health counseling practice, through the years we added case management services and applied behavior analysis as they were visible needs in our community.
